This cooker is one of the most simple and effective ways of cooking your daily meal from steaming your vegetables, smoking your meat, fish or chicken. It is a great little portable unit that you can take anywhere.
The portable smoker runs on methylated spirits which is poured into the bottom cup underneath. To use it as a smoker, put a small handful of UFO smoking dust into the cup inside the unit, season or marinade your meat, lay the meat on the basket and you are ready to go - 20 minutes smoke time, 10 minutes to stand and voila! Dinner is served!
For steaming, fill the bottom cup with methylated spirits, fill the top cup with water, place your vegetables into a foil tray, (cake tins work well too!) place the foil tray into the basket and again, there you have it - gorgeous steamed veges for dinner! No hassle, no mess!

Top your UFO original with a maximum of 2 extensions to feed another 26-30 people. Or, get yourself an extension to give you that extra height if you choose to hang your fish when smoking it, rather than laying it flat in the basket - the choice is yours!

UFO Smoking Nodules
These are designed for the UFO Cold Smoke Creator.
You can use your own chips, it is strongly advised that you don't use dust & your wood chips be wood dust free. Airflow is necessary through the burning chips to produce the smoke. These tubs will fill the cold smoke creator approximately 2 times, giving you 15 to 25 hours of smoking, on a medium level airflow.
