I have spent 15 years hunting Fallow in South Head and can show you some sights you will not believe!
I personally guarantee Fallow Deer sightings.
I offer guided hunts for meat or trophy. I will show you skills on how to stalk Fallow and dress and skin a beast. There are several packages available, check them out below.
Corporate trips and personalised packages can be arranged individually. Personalised packages can include trips for up to 20 people with clay bird shooting, target practice and a BBQ. Ideal for a group of mates on a stag do, a birthday party, a team building exercise or a Christmas function.
Rifles and ammo can be supplied upon request.

DAY TRIP: (caters for 1-4 people)
An awesome introduction into Fallow Deer Hunting. Kicks off around 5am and back to base by 5pm. You will be sure to see plenty of Fallow and have the opportunity to shoot yourself a meat animal or trophy. I will demonstrate skinning and dressing of the animal in preparation for the butcher. I have two local butchers available for the processing of the meat if required.
Price: $450pp (guided hunt and the chance to take one meat animal if you are a good shot! Trophy animals start at $500.) |

THE ULTIMATE OVERNIGHTER: (caters for 2-6 people)
Just as the title says, this is the ULTIMATE OVERNIGHT Fallow Deer hunt! Starting at 2pm Fridays and expected to be back to base by 12pm Saturday.
This gives you the opportunity for an evening hunt, some spotlighting and a morning hunt. The accommodation is either under the bivvy or in the barn, either way you will need a sleeping bag and pillow and maybe a mattress if you are fussy! If you choose the bivvy, we set up an open fire.
Dinner is a fantastic hangi cooked in the UFO universal food oven followed by a hot cuppa. You will need to bring your own breakfast and snacks.
