Roasting / smoking
As you can see you are able to hang whole suckling pigs , sheep or what ever you desire to roast or roast smoke them in the OFO CHIEF. Picture in this album are two 8kg sucking pigs which the cooker can cook 4 of at once . another option is to hang your cut or rolled meats and have several levels of hanging . You can also lay your meats in the baskets when roasting . OFO will satisfy your needs !!

Steaming / Smoking
The OFO CHIEF can also do a amazing steaming of what ever food you desire . In the Pacific Islands this is called a Hangi , Umu , Imu and more. A pit dug in the ground and various native leaves are used to line the pit and wrap the food. Hot rocks are then placed at the bottom of the pit and the food is loaded on top then the pit is covered in with either earth or native leaves etc . What happens in this traditional style cooking is the water / moisture from the food drips down onto the hot rocks this creates steam inside the "earth oven". Now you can get the great taste of traditional style cooking with ease. With its many baskets you can lay all your meats and vegetables wrapped in native leaves or how ever you like to create the most amazing flavors of traditional style cooking. To truely replicte the flavors of traditional ground cooking you can even add other elements to the bottom of the cooker or the baskets such as rocks or earth. You also have the option of smoking your food laden baskets before adding the water into the OFO CHIEF . You can also steam all your sea food as you can see in the pictures we have done 25 plus deep sea King Crabs at once
